Get continued experience in leading a small group. Each small group will likely include people with a wide variety of spiritual backgrounds and levels of engagement. The dynamic of leading these 3 different small groups will give you practice creating healthy small group culture.
The Full Time Team prays for you and pours into you from the time we hire you until the end of the summer. You will be encouraged, challenged, and championed in your personal and spiritual growth by the Full Time Team and Team Leads throughout the summer and beyond.
You’ll get to know alumni from the previous few classes! Some of the strongest friendships for Fellows alumni have emerged from working a summer together.
You’ll get the opportunity to share the Gospel with students in your small group, but also as a part of our programming! You will get to model for your students what courageous spiritual conversations look like on our Immersion evangelism day.
Because our summer experiences only span a 6-week time period (starting in early June and ending in late July), you’ll have several weeks at the beginning and end of summer programming to travel or spend time with family.
Most camps pay a stipend, but we pay you for the hours that you work! Most if not all of your expenses are covered for the whole summer (lodging, food, and even some fun!).
"After working summer staff, I grew so much in my leadership and in my character, but most importantly as a follower of Christ. Learning to be fueled by the Gospel daily was a gift that I am so thankful for!"

"Working for I360 this summer was one of the most stretching yet rewarding experiences I’ve ever been a part of. I left having seen lives changed, gospel-fueled community, and shaped into a leader marked by humility, love, and Christ-centered purpose. "

"Working at impact has pushed me to apply many of the things that I learned from Fellows into real life scenarios. Discipleship, teaching, leading, and serving are some of the core skills that I have gained from working camps!."
- Jacob Waddell
Class 18
"My time on staff taught me how to humbly lean on other believers as fellow partners in ministry. I was able to see how God uses our unique attributes for the sake of the Gospel and that we should be content and confident in the gifts God has given us."
