How many people are on a team?

We hire around 20 people for our summer staff that typically span 3-4 Impact 360 Fellows Classes.

Who can apply?

Any current Fellow or Fellows alumni can apply to work camp with us regardless of camp experience.  

When is the application due?

The application for returners and alumni closes Sept. 14th

The application for current Fellows closes before you leave for Utah.

What is the application process like?

1. Submit your application through the website.

2. Schedule your interview using the button under the application.

3. Get us a reference from (see details on the “Apply Now” page)

4. After all interviews are completed, our team will pray through and choose the team. We will send out emails that either invite you to join the summer staff team or tells you to “hang tight” until the team is filled. Once the team is complete, we will communicate to everyone.

What are normal working hours?

This changes based on your role, but you will typically work 16 hours per day during programming weeks.  

How many sessions of camp are there?

There are two 1-week sessions of Propel, and one 2-week session of Immersion 

Do I get paid to work camp?

YES! You will get paid, please refer to the Perks of Working Camp section on the home page.

What is the difference between Propel and Immersion?  

• Impact 360 Propel is a one-week experience that helps high school students deepen their faith and grow into Christ-centered leaders. Through teaching and spiritual formation, students gain confidence in articulating core Christian beliefs and discover how to live as effective disciples in today’s world. 
• Impact 360 Immersion is a two-week summer experience for high school students focused on deepening their understanding of biblical worldview and apologetics. Through expert teaching, worship, and fun excursions, students learn to own their faith and navigate a post-Christian culture as followers of Jesus. 

What do I do if I need a few days off during the summer?

Typically if you are hired we would expect you to be with us for the whole summer, but for certain circumstances we can make allowances on this.  Please as early as possible in the application process inform us of potential dates you may need exceptions for (siblings wedding, immovable school orientation, family vacation will not get approved).
